Cascade Energy is seeking a Senior Engineer I to drive energy efficiency initiatives and RCx projects for industrial and commercial facilities. You will lead client engagements, develop optimization models, and write feasibility reports while mentoring peers and ensuring project quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• ~5–8 years of engineering experience.
• Experience in energy efficiency in commercial and/or industrial facilities.
• Experience doing retro-commissioning (RCx).
• Experience with Strategic Energy Management (SEM).
• Strong Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile energy projects from start to finish.
• Collect data, create optimization models, and write feasibility reports.
• Engage with clients on-site to identify energy-efficiency opportunities.
• Ensure program compliance and prepare performance reports.
• Mentor peers and ensure quality control.
