Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• 5+ years in clean energy contract management or energy project operations
• Experience with renewable energy procurement and portfolio management
• Experience drafting official correspondence and building partnerships
• Experience with data tools like Excel and Tableau
• Strong cross-functional relationship skills
• Experience analyzing energy generation data and market data

Responsibilities

• Owns ongoing clean energy and carbon credit requirements for Meta
• Maintains documents and data related to contracts
• Tracks contract milestones and deliverables with counterparty
• Responds to inquiries and manages amendments, collateral and force majeure
• Identifies and resolves issues in contracts and project operations
• Analyzes clean energy operational project performance
• Analyzes renewable energy financial project performance
• Tracks development/construction milestones and leads risk reporting
• Manages approval and signature process for contracts
• Supports invoicing and reporting to ensure terms are met
• Coordinates with legal, finance, accounting, purchasing and other stakeholders
