Job summary

Meta’s Global Energy Team is seeking an experienced energy professional to manage clean and renewable energy contracts across the construction, development, and operational project phases. You will oversee contract compliance, support negotiations, monitor progress and coordinate amendments.

You will maintain contract documents, track performance metrics against budget, and collaborate with legal, finance, purchasing and other stakeholders to ensure favorable terms and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, energy or environmental science.
• 5+ years in energy contract management or energy operations.
• Experience with renewable energy projects and performance metrics.
• Strong written/verbal communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with G-Suite, Salesforce, and AI tooling.
• Ability to manage cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta's operational renewable energy contract requirements.
• Maintain documents and data for renewable energy projects.
• Track counterparty compliance with contract deliverables.
• Review invoicing and ensure RECs and costs align with terms.
• Coordinate contract amendments and manage signatures.
• Surface issues in contracts and operations; coordinate with legal, finance, purchasing, and other stakeholders.
