Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• At least 5 years in energy engineering, technical sales, project development, or construction-related roles.
• Travel up to approximately 25-30%, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical sales discussions with prospective customers and present engineering recommendations.
• Partner with sales teams to evaluate and develop energy efficiency opportunities.
• Participate in site assessments to identify operational improvements and potential energy savings.
• Develop energy savings calculations, project economics, and technical proposal content.
• Support customer presentations and executive-level business reviews.
• Analyze prospective facilities using screening and assessment tools to determine project viability.
