Job summary

Life-Science Innovations in Willmar, MN, seeks a Sr. End User Computing Engineer / Telecommunication Engineer to lead endpoint strategy and security. You will manage workstations, mobile devices, and user tech services, coordinating with IT teams, vendors, and business partners.

The ideal candidate brings deep endpoint engineering expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions while supporting Teams Phone responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience with endpoint administration or related roles.
• Experience managing Windows endpoints and endpoint management platforms (Intune, Autopilot, SCCM/Endpoint Central).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, networking, and end-user technologies.
• Understanding of endpoint security: encryption, vulnerability remediation, configuration baselines, and conditional access.
• Ability to operate at a senior technical level and balance security, usability, cost, and risk.
• Experience documenting standards, processes, and procedures for scalable environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience; certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical owner for endpoint management platforms.
• Design, implement, and optimize endpoint management using Intune, Autopilot, Endpoint Central, Entra ID, and 365.
• Establish provisioning standards, baselines, and lifecycle processes for workstations.
• Lead Windows upgrades, deployments, patching, and advanced endpoint troubleshooting.
• Strengthen endpoint security through encryption, hardening, and CIS-aligned configurations.
• Translate business needs into practical, secure endpoint solutions across teams.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and support procedures.
