Job summary

BravoTECH is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineering Lead in Irving, TX to own the strategy, engineering, and support of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and endpoint services across a distributed environment.

You will lead a hands-on, cross-functional team, manage vendor relationships, and drive improvements in security posture, imaging, patching, and endpoint lifecycle processes. This role emphasizes leadership, strategic execution, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in endpoint engineering, desktop support, or end-user computing.
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Intune: enrollment, compliance, config, app deployment.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for endpoint security: threat detection, response, remediation.
• Experience with Desktop-as-a-Service or virtual desktop infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, engineering, and lifecycle management of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and endpoint services.
• Configure, deploy, and manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune, including enrollment, compliance policies, and deployment.
• Manage endpoint security using Microsoft Defender, with threat detection, response, remediation, and posture improvements.
• Evaluate, implement, and support Desktop-as-a-Service and virtual desktops.
• Lead endpoint support operations across corporate and branch users; ensure timely resolution of issues.
