Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise endpoint management across Windows, mobile, and thin clients. You will manage Intune, SCCM, ABM, and Android Enterprise to ensure secure, scalable device management and a strong end-user experience.

The role supports onboarding and maintenance of MDM/MAM, NDES, PKI, and device enrollment workflows across managed endpoints, with on-site/hybrid work in Brentwood, TN and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years supporting ABM in a large enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Microsoft Intune, SCCM, ABM, and Android Enterprise environments for endpoint management.
• Design and maintain provisioning and deployment solutions (Windows Autopilot, OSD, ADE, Android enrollment).
• Develop, test, and troubleshoot deployments, packaging, policies, and OS upgrades across devices.
• Administer endpoint lifecycle activities including enrollment, imaging, provisioning, driver management, and patching.
• Support MDM and MAM for corporate-owned and BYOD devices.
• Support NDES, PKI integrations, and certificate-based authentication for managed endpoints.
• Administer Apple Business Manager, including Managed Apple IDs and automated device assignment workflows.
• Configure and support Android Enterprise deployments (COPE, fully managed, dedicated devices, work profile).
• Develop and maintain Intune App Protection Policies for app-level security and data protection.
• Maintain enterprise thin client infrastructures (IGEL OS, Dell Wyse) and virtual workplace tech integrations.
• Support Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, and other remote access solutions.
• Lead endpoint modernization initiatives and cloud-based management transformations.
• Monitor device health, deployment success, and compliance; produce reports and analytics.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on Conditional Access and Zero Trust.
• Provide on-call support and mentor junior engineers; share knowledge and best practices.
