Job summary

Sanford Health seeks an IT leader to manage a team of engineers responsible for telecommunications endpoints at 800+ locations and over 50,000 endpoints, and to define IT technology standards and policies.

You will centrally plan, manage, and implement functional technology, oversee vendor contracts and budgets, and partner with business teams on financial and strategic initiatives while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, business or a related field.
• Minimum of four years' experience in management.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Experience in training and presentation techniques.
• Knowledge of healthcare information systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers maintaining telecommunications endpoints across 800+ locations and 50,000+ endpoints.
• Define IT technology standards and policies.
• Centrally manage planning, management, and implementation of functional technology.
• Oversee vendor management, contracts, and support agreements.
• Partner with business teams on financial and strategic management.
• Promote quality in support services and ensure compliance with IT policies.
