Job summary

Relativity in Illinois is seeking a Lead Systems Administrator on the IT Operations Endpoint Engineering team. You will be a senior technical leader responsible for the reliability, security, and scalability of the company’s endpoint ecosystem, treating endpoints as a front door to corporate systems.

This hybrid role focuses on provisioning, security baselines, vulnerability reduction, incident response, and automation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading endpoint administration/engineering in an enterprise environment.
• Strong troubleshooting capability across endpoint policy/configuration, deployment workflows, and large-scale endpoint operational issues.
• Proven ability to document processes, develop operational standards, and improve systems through initiative.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across IT Ops and Security stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Endpoint Management Platform Ownership and continuous improvement across provisioning, configuration, compliance, and software delivery.
• Lead initiatives in Intune optimization, Autopilot improvements, and endpoint analytics/reporting.
• Drive platform reliability through monitoring, health checks, and lifecycle management of endpoint tooling.
• Implement endpoint security baselines and hardening in partnership with Security teams, focusing on measurable risk reduction.
• Lead vulnerability remediation programs and security tool integrations.
• Own endpoint provisioning workflows and zero-touch/low-touch deployment practices.
• Provide escalation support and participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
• Build automation to reduce manual work and improve consistency.
• Create runbooks, playbooks, and documentation; enable Service Desk and partners to reduce escalations.
