Job summary

Relativity in Illinois is seeking a Lead Systems Administrator on the IT Operations Endpoint Engineering team. You will be a senior, hands-on leader responsible for the reliability, security, and scalability of the company’s endpoint ecosystem, treated as the front door to corporate systems.

The role covers ownership of endpoint management, security baselines, provisioning at scale, incident response, automation, and cross-team collaboration with IT Operations and Security.

Qualifications

• Experience leading endpoint administration in an enterprise environment.
• Strong troubleshooting across endpoint policy/configuration and deployment workflows.
• Proven ability to document processes and improve systems proactively.
• Excellent collaboration across IT Ops and Security stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own endpoint management capabilities for secure provisioning and software delivery.
• Lead Intune optimization and Autopilot improvements.
• Drive platform reliability with health checks and lifecycle management of endpoint tooling.
• Lead vulnerability remediation programs and security tool integrations.
• Own endpoint provisioning workflows and zero-touch deployment practices.
• Escalation point for complex endpoint incidents and root cause analysis.
• Build automation to reduce repetitive manual work and improve consistency.
• Create runbooks and enable Service Desk and partner teams.
