Job summary

Relativity in Chicago, IL is seeking a Lead Systems Administrator on the IT Operations Endpoint Engineering team. You will be a senior technical leader responsible for reliability, security, and scalability of our endpoint ecosystem, treating endpoints as the front door to corporate systems.

You will own endpoint provisioning, security baselines, automation, incident response, and cross-team collaboration, delivering runbooks and enablement to reduce incidents and improve user outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading endpoint administration/engineering work in an enterprise environment.
• Strong troubleshooting capability across endpoint policy/configuration, deployment workflows, and large-scale endpoint operational issues.
• Proven ability to document processes, develop operational standards, and improve systems through being initiative-taking instead of reactive.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively across IT Ops and Security stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own endpoint provisioning workflows and zero-touch/low-touch deployment practices.
• Lead initiatives and operational maturity in Intune optimization, Autopilot improvements, and endpoint analytics/advanced reporting.
• Implement and support endpoint security controls and hardening baselines with measurable risk reduction.
• Lead vulnerability remediation programs and security tool integrations to reduce risk.
• Function as top-level escalation point for complex endpoint incidents.
• Build and support automation to reduce repetitive manual work and improve consistency.
• Create and maintain runbooks, playbooks, and high-quality documentation.
