Job summary

Qualifications

Endpoint Management – manage devices with Microsoft Intune and Jamf; troubleshoot Windows and macOS issues; support Windows-based labs.
Support Tool Management – design and implement device management strategies; automate provisioning, configuring, patching, and compliance.
Customer Service – provide end-user technical support via in-person, remote, and phone channels; deliver good customer service.
