Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Endpoint Management - Manage devices using Intune and Jamf; troubleshoot issues; apply rapid fixes.
• Support Tool Management - Design and implement device management strategies; maintain ITSM incident records.
• Customer Service - Provide end-user technical support via in-person, remote, and phone channels.
• Mentorship - Train and mentor staff and student assistants on endpoint management and troubleshooting.
• Other - After-hours work may be required; perform other duties as assigned.
