The IT Technical Support Specialist will provide hands-on technical support for end-user systems, hardware, and software. This role involves troubleshooting desktops, laptops, peripherals, and applications while supporting Active Directory and basic networking in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, Surface Pros, and peripheral devices
• Troubleshoot software issues including MS Office 365, VPN, Adobe, McAfee, and related tools
• Install, configure, and maintain workstation hardware and software
• Support Active Directory environments and user access
• Perform basic network troubleshooting using command-line tools
• Assist with system upgrades, fixes, and end-user training
