Job summary

VBeyond Corporation seeks a seasoned Endpoint Engineer to lead complex Endpoint Engineering and Azure Virtual Desktop initiatives from design to deployment. You will optimize host pools, session hosts, and image management while ensuring high reliability and security.

Work with Nerdio, Intune, MECM/SCCM, Azure, AD/Entra ID, and Group Policy to manage end-user computing. You will mentor engineers, develop automation, and partner with security and IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Endpoint Engineering or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced hands-on AVD experience: host pools, image management, FSLogix.
• Advanced experience with Nerdio, Intune, MECM/SCCM, Azure, and endpoint configuration.
• Strong knowledge of AD/Entra ID, Entra ID/Azure AD, and Group Policy.
• PowerShell scripting and automation expertise.
• Experience with security controls, audits, and regulated tech environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Endpoint Engineering and AVD initiatives from design through deployment.
• Engineer, administer, troubleshoot, and optimize AVD environments and endpoints.
• Use Nerdio, Intune, MECM/SCCM, Azure, AD/Entra ID, and Group Policy to manage platforms.
• Improve reliability, security, automation, and monitoring for endpoint services.
• Support endpoint modernization including Intune, Autopilot, and lifecycle management.
• Provide advanced MECM/SCCM packaging, deployment, and patching support.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Develop runbooks, diagrams, scripts, and repeatable procedures.
• Mentor engineers and provide Tier 3/4 escalation support.
