Job summary

Siri InfoSolutions Inc in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a senior IT Staff Engineer 2 to lead Endpoint Engineering focused on Azure Virtual Desktop and modern end-user computing. You will optimize AVD environments, manage host pools, images, FSLogix profiles, and cost efficiency while mentoring other engineers.

Responsibilities include collaboration with security and infrastructure teams, advancing automation, and ensuring compliant, reliable endpoint services across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Endpoint Engineering or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop including host pools and image management.
• Advanced experience with Nerdio, Intune, MECM/SCCM, Azure AD, and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and Group Policy.
• PowerShell scripting, automation, and repeatable workflows.
• Experience with IT controls, audits, and regulated environments.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Endpoint Engineering and AVD initiatives end-to-end.
• Engineer and optimize AVD environments, including host pools and images.
• Leverage Nerdio, Intune, MECM/SCCM and AD/Entra ID for platform management.
• Improve reliability, security, automation, and monitoring of endpoint services.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with security, infrastructure and stakeholders.
• Provide Tier 3/4 escalation support for Endpoint, AVD, and identity issues.
• Develop runbooks, diagrams, and repeatable operational procedures.
