Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Endpoint Engineering or related IT field.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop including host pools and images.
• Advanced experience with Nerdio, Intune, MECM/SCCM, Azure, and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, and Group Policy.
• Advanced experience with PowerShell scripting, automation, and repeatable workflows.
• Experience supporting secure, audited endpoint environments and change management.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional technical workstreams and multiple initiatives.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Endpoint Engineering and AVD initiatives from design through deployment and support.
• Engineer, administer, troubleshoot, and optimize AVD environments (host pools, session hosts, images).
• Use Nerdio, Intune, MECM/SCCM, and Azure to manage endpoint platforms.
• Improve automation, monitoring, and security for endpoint services and VDI.
• Mentor engineers and provide Tier 3/4 escalation for complex issues.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams on resolutions.
• Develop runbooks, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Evaluate designs and cost risks for long-term supportability.
