Job summary
Western Digital Corp. is seeking a Sr. Staff Endpoint Architect to lead strategy, architecture, modernization, and engineering for global Apple and Windows endpoints.
You will serve as the senior technical authority for macOS, Windows, iOS, and iPadOS, guiding adoption and ensuring secure, automated end-to-end lifecycle management. You will partner across Security, Identity, Infrastructure, and Application teams to deliver a consistent employee experience while modernizing the endpoint
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in endpoint engineering or related field.
- Extensive experience with Apple and Windows endpoints in large enterprises.
- Leadership in endpoint modernization and device adoption initiatives.
- Hands-on with Jamf Pro, Intune, and cloud-management.
- Advanced knowledge of macOS/Windows architecture, security, and deployment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Define enterprise endpoint strategy and modernization roadmap.
- Architect and modernize device management for macOS and Windows.
- Lead security, identity, and lifecycle management across platforms.
- Ensure operational readiness and supportability at scale.
- Mentor engineers and drive architectural decisions.
