Job summary

Houston Methodist is seeking an Endoscopy Technician II to support GI providers and the healthcare team. Under RN/physician oversight, you will perform prep, assist with endoscopy procedures, and manage cleaning and high‑level disinfection of endoscopes and accessories.

You will mentor Endo Tech I staff, demonstrate independent judgment, and contribute to patient safety and service excellence across perioperative activities.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as an Endoscopy Technician.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist GI procedures and provide high quality support.
• Prepare and turnaround endoscopy cases, including cleaning and high‑level disinfection.
• Assist with endoscopy suite setup and cleanup and mentor others.
