Job summary

CFC's End User Technology (EUT) Services Engineer in the US leads desktop support and end-user technology services, acting as the U.S. go-to resource for onsite, remote and walk-up support.

The role is based in New York and requires onsite presence four days a week with one remote day per week. You will collaborate with global EUT, Engineering, Platform Operations and Security teams to implement standards, drive service improvements, and ensure a scalable, customer-focused experience for US

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in desktop support or end-user technology roles.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Windows/macOS, M365, Teams, and device management.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools.
• Knowledge of Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD, MFA, and device enrollment.
• Understanding of joiner/mover/leaver processes.
• Ability to work with global teams and lead regional initiatives.
• Nice to have: Apple Business Manager, Autopilot, Freshservice, ServiceNow or Jira, AV/Teams Rooms.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality onsite, walk-up and remote support for US users.
• Support device deployment and workplace technology across the US.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding activities and meeting room tech.
• Oversee asset management and local technology operations.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues as a regional lead in priority incidents.
