Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Delivery Manager – End User Services (EUS) to lead and optimize End User Computing operations across NJ and NY. The role requires managing onsite teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving continuous improvement in a two-location environment.

The candidate should have 8+ years in End User Services, strong ITIL knowledge, and proven leadership of multi-site support with VIP handling. On-site work five days weekly with commuting between NJ and NY locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience with End User Services focus.
• 4+ years leading End User Computing/Deskside teams.
• Strong ITIL and service mgmt knowledge.
• Experience managing multi-site support and VIP environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of End User Services across NJ and NY.
• Ensure SLA, KPI, and customer experience targets are met.
• Primary contact for delivery governance, escalations, and reviews.
• Drive improvements via automation and best practices.
• Lead onsite deskside and EUC teams in NY/NJ.
• Collaborate with engineering on endpoint technologies.
• Manage vendor relationships and provide exec dashboards.
