Job summary
Koniag Government Services is seeking an End-User Services Lead to support KITS and a government customer in Washington, DC. The role requires expert-level desktop and end-user computing leadership across on‑prem and remote environments, with accountability for timely, professional support and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
- Minimum 6–8 years of hands-on enterprise desktop support and end-user computing experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in Windows 10/11, 365 apps, Intune, imaging and deployment.
- Experience with ITIL 4 service management in a large enterprise or federal environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead Tier 2/3 desktop and field support for a geographically distributed workforce.
- Oversee imaging, deployment, and refresh of end-user devices with standard baselines.
- Coordinate with NOC/Service Desk and ensure SLAs are met.
- Develop SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge bases for end-user services operations.
- Mentor team members, manage workloads, and ensure coverage during leave.
