Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a Customer Success / Service Delivery Lead in Washington, DC to drive stakeholder engagement, service adoption, and high-quality IT service delivery for a federal enterprise environment.

The role requires translating complex performance data into clear insights for leadership and end users, operating autonomously with minimal government escalation, and leading the customer success function across multiple contractor teams.

Qualifications

Experience delivering IT services in a large enterprise or government contractor environment.
Strong understanding of IT service delivery principles and customer success practices.
Ability to translate service performance data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead customer success and service delivery activities across the enterprise IT environment.
Develop a customer success strategy with key stakeholder groups and adoption priorities.
Coordinate service delivery across multiple contractor teams and government stakeholders.
Create and maintain service communications materials and user guidance.
Lead end-user training programs to drive adoption of IT services and tools.
Monitor satisfaction metrics and drive continual service improvement.
Mentor team members and foster Agile delivery practices.
