Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer to ensure our systems meet stringent quality and throughput standards on the Barracuda production line. You will own the full test development lifecycle—from deriving test requirements and writing test plans to building new test stations and sustaining production, in collaboration with design, quality and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Experience with test development, requirements, plans and tester build.
• Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
• Experience with contract manufacturers in PCBA testing.
• Familiarity with electronics test equipment such as scopes and analyzers.
• Strong root cause analysis of non-conforming hardware.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of test activities in production and ensure production test flow.
• Own the full test lifecycle for assigned products—from planning to sustainment.
• Derive test requirements from system design and refine with design engineers.
• Develop new test stations from ground up across core build disciplines and integrate into production line.
• Write test plans, build/test sequences, and acceptance criteria for new/early-stage products.
• Maintain test capabilities across the value stream from checkouts to component validation.
• Improve test systems to enhance automation, consistency, and cycle time.
• Generate test work instructions and train technicians on equipment use.
• Develop library of common failure modes with troubleshooting guides.
