Job summary

Anduril is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineering Manager to oversee test strategy, tooling, and team performance for high-volume defense hardware. You will guide test design, ensure scalable production, and drive data-driven improvements across platforms.

You will collaborate with SEIT and development engineering, manage equipment procurement, and advance automation while maintaining rigorous testing to meet quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years as a people manager leading manufacturing test engineering or related fields.
• Experience with Linux, C#, Python, LabVIEW, or other test automation.
• Familiarity with PCBA/electronic assembly testing and testing standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct the manufacturing test engineering team and set objectives.
• Improve and scale the manufacturing test strategy across products.
• Collaborate with design and product teams for testability and integration.
• Advance automation, uniformity, and efficiency in testing processes.
• Maintain test capabilities across product value streams and perform data-driven improvements.
• Lead procurement and ROI analyses for new test equipment.
