Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• 2+ years as a people manager leading manufacturing test engineering.
• Experience with PCBA/electronic assembly testing and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Direct the manufacturing test engineering team, set objectives, guide initiatives.
• Oversee improvements of the manufacturing test strategy for scalable operations across products.
• Collaborate with product SEIT and development engineering for design testability.
• Strategize and implement advancements in manufacturing testing, focusing on automation and performance.
• Maintain test capabilities across multiple products from system level to component level.
• Evaluate test data, compile findings, and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Lead procurement and implementation of new test equipment with ROI analyses.
• Champion safety, reduce costs, and improve quality through testing.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability in engineering.
