Job summary

Toast Tab, Inc. seeks a Senior Enablement Project Manager to own the launch governance and readiness system for a portfolio of products, driving proficiency across customers, partners, and employees.

You will partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Enablement teams to tier, sequence, and ready launches while mentoring junior managers. You will lead cross-functional alignments, manage risk with senior stakeholders, and present executive retrospectives with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Project Management, Product Enablement Operations, or Product Management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Track record of gaining buy-in from senior stakeholders and leadership on cross-functional problems.
• Experience mentoring other project managers and influencing a broader team’s portfolio.
• Proven use of AI and other tools to build scalable systems and processes.
• Formal PM training or certification is a plus (PMP, CAPM).

Responsibilities

• Own the launch governance system for a portfolio of complex, cross-functional product launches.
• Coordinate teams across Product, Product Marketing, Care, Onboarding, and Customer Success to tier and sequence launches.
• Identify and resolve risks with senior stakeholders using data-backed recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional syncs and present to executives with clear outcomes.
• Define success metrics and readies criteria; monitor post-launch impact and feedback.
• Mentor Enablement Project Managers on practices and portfolio delivery.
• Drive AI adoption to scale launch processes and automate classification and routing.
