Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Senior Product Enablement Manager to shape how product value is defined, communicated, and proven to buyers. You will craft value stories, map buyers to use cases, and ensure cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, and Sales.

You will own the narrative that links product capabilities to business outcomes, building scalable enablement frameworks and proof points to support complex deals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product marketing or related go-to-market roles focused on technical products.
• Experience authoring frameworks that drive business impact beyond collateral.
• Direct experience selling to both technical and business buyers in martech or data domains.
• Proven track record of creating buyer-centric value narratives and use cases.

Responsibilities

• Define and enable go-to-market strategies for core offerings.
• Develop value storytelling from product capability to buyer impact with proof.
• Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Solutions Engineering to drive adoption.
• Establish standards for use case libraries, qualification criteria, and sales tooling.
