Job summary

Toast Tab, Inc. is seeking an Enablement Project Manager to drive product proficiency across customers, partners, and employees.

You’ll apply strong project management and change management to ensure customers and Toasters know how to adopt new products and derive value from platform changes. You’ll collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Care, Onboarding, Customer Success, Learning Design, Knowledge, and Training to plan readiness work behind every launch, track metrics, and deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Project Management, Product Enablement Operations, or Product Management in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple large cross-functional projects and priorities with a track record of success.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and enforce timelines in a fast-changing environment.
• Ability to analyze requests and propose solutions that meet complex business needs.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Google Suite, and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Independently own launch readiness planning for a portfolio of moderately complex product launches.
• Build cross-functional relationships and become a reliable knowledge source for the product area.
• Identify gaps in launch plans and surface issues with data-backed recommendations.
• Lead recurring cross-functional project syncs and adapt communication for diverse audiences.
• Define success metrics for launches and monitor post-launch impact and gaps.
• Deliver launches on time and produce post-launch retrospectives.
