Job summary

RegScale is seeking a Head of Enablement to own the strategy, content, systems, and training that ensure internal teams, partners, and customers can ramp quickly and perform at a high standard. This senior IC role works with senior executives and stakeholders to build content, manage systems, and ensure timely, high-quality enablement materials.

Responsibilities include leading enablement strategy, partnering with the Customer team on RegScale Academy content, learning paths, and certification

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience building enablement programs at enterprise SaaS organizations.
• Experience across partner and channel enablement, not just sales enablement.
• Hands-on LMS administration and instructional design experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enablement strategy and content creation for internal teams, partners, and resellers.
• Partner with Customer team to support customer enablement and certification development.
• Deliver live and asynchronous training for internal teams and partners.
