Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience or 7+ years with a master's degree.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales onboarding assistance to customers.
• Participate in solution workshops to identify requirements.
• Develop Python scripts to integrate with external tools.
• Create and document product integration scripts.
• Deliver customer training and support platform adoption.
• Capture customer requirements to inform product enhancements.
