Qualifikationen

• At least seven years of relevant legal experience in labor and employment counseling.
• Experience advising on workplace policies, HR matters, and wage-and-hour issues preferred.
• Experience with employment-related transactions, mergers or acquisitions, and post-closing integration preferred.
• Admission to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.

Aufgaben

• Counsel clients on workplace policies, employment compliance, HR matters, including discrimination, harassment, and wage-and-hour issues.
• Advise on restrictive covenants and wage misclassification; structure and draft non-competition, non-solicitation, confidentiality obligations.
• Lead employment-related due diligence in corporate transactions, identify risks, mitigate and supervise junior associates.
• Independently manage complex employment matters and align with deal teams to deliver client-ready work.
• Partner with senior executives to advise on personnel, leadership transitions, governance issues.
• Provide mentorship and developmental support to junior attorneys.
