Qualifications

• Seven+ years of relevant legal experience in labor and employment counseling or related sophisticated matters.
• Experience advising on employment issues arising in mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
• Strong academic credentials with excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on workplace policies, compliance, employee relations, and HR matters.
• Lead employment-related due diligence in corporate transactions and oversee junior associates.
• Advise on restrictive covenants, wage misclassification, and related issues in deals.
• Coordinate with deal teams to deliver timely, client-ready work product.
• Partner with senior leadership to manage sensitive personnel and governance topics.
