The position emphasizes partnering with HRBPs and senior leadership to resolve issues swiftly, strengthen culture, and mitigate risk across a growing organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on Employee Relations or HR compliance.
• Experience leading workplace investigations from intake to resolution.
• Working knowledge of multi-state employment law and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage high-risk, sensitive cases with discretion and sound judgment.
• Strong written communication to produce legally defensible documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigations into complex employee relations matters.
• Provide guidance on performance processes, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Advise on risk management, policy interpretation, and governance in collaboration with Legal and HRBPs.
• Coach managers and partner with HRBPs to align ER decisions with organizational goals.
• Analyze ER data to identify trends and drive improvements in playbooks and templates.
