Job summary

Relativity is seeking an Employee Relations & Investigations leader to serve as a trusted advisor and practitioner across complex workplace matters. This Senior Employee Relations Specialist will lead end-to-end investigations, partner with Legal, and drive equitable outcomes while strengthening our culture as we scale.

The role emphasizes strategic partnership with Sr. HRBPs, regional considerations, and governance of ER processes, documentation, and risk mitigation to support business strategy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in Employee Relations or HR compliance
• Demonstrated experience leading workplace investigations independently from intake to resolution
• Working knowledge of multi-state employment law and regulatory compliance requirements
• Proven ability to manage high-risk cases with discretion and sound judgment

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigations into complex employee relations matters.
• Partner with Legal to manage risk, escalation thresholds, and compliance requirements.
• Advise on high-risk performance cases, including PIPs, coaching plans, and involuntary separations.
• Ensure rigorous documentation standards and audit readiness across ER and performance cases.
• Coach managers on feedback delivery, difficult conversations, and when to elevate ER matters.
