Job summary

Relativity is seeking an experienced Senior Employee Relations Specialist to lead complex ER and performance management cases end-to-end. You will serve as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and senior leadership, shaping policy application globally while mitigating risk and promoting a fair work environment.

The role partners with Legal and HRBPs to resolve issues swiftly, support culture as the company scales, and drive improvements to ER playbooks and workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with emphasis in Employee Relations or HR compliance.
• Experience leading workplace investigations independently from intake through resolution.
• Working knowledge of multi-state employment law and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigations into complex employee relations matters including misconduct, discrimination, retaliation, and policy violations.
• Advise on high-risk performance cases, including PIPs, coaching plans, and involuntary separations; ensure structured processes with clear timelines.
• Partner with Legal to manage risk, escalation thresholds, and compliance requirements, ensuring defensible findings.
