Qualifications

• 5+ years in Employee Relations or HR compliance role
• Experience leading workplace investigations independently
• Working knowledge of multi-state employment law and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to manage sensitive, high-risk cases with discretion and sound judgment
• Strong written communication and defensible documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigations into complex employee relations matters
• Provide structured interviews, assess credibility and produce legally defensible findings
• Partner with Legal to manage risk, escalation thresholds, and compliance
• Ensure consistent application of policies globally across regions
• Advise on high-risk performance cases, including PIPs and involuntary separations
• Drive accuracy and fairness in disciplinary actions and case governance
