Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management or related discipline with 4 years’ experience (or equivalent).
• Direct experience handling all aspects of employee relations issues including intake, review, and resolution.
• Advanced knowledge of workplace investigations, union avoidance, and state/federal employment laws.
• Strong ability to influence, communicate, and build credibility with leaders at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and sound judgment in confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as employee relations expert, guiding leaders and investigating concerns with objective synthesis of information.
• Perform investigations and document findings per team guidelines.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and other departments to resolve inquiries and investigations in line with company values.
• Interpret policies, ensure consistent application, and educate stakeholders as needed.
• Own assigned ER cases in the case management system and Ethics Hotline, documenting findings.
