Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Sr. Talent Advisor – Employee Relations to deliver ER governance and consulting services to internal clients on ER matters. You will lead ER cases, partner with Talent Business Partners, and use Case Management to track notes and generate ER metrics.

The role requires experience in employee relations, strong communication, and knowledge of employment law. Occasional travel to MT locations is possible; a bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of progressive Employee Relations experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ER governance and consulting services to designated internal clients on ER matters.
• Lead on ER cases and partner with Talent Business Partners on standard to complex ER cases.
• Utilize Case Management to document, store notes, and generate ER metrics.
• Provide training on Employee Relations practices and change management support.
• Investigate employee complaints and recommend solutions with TBP and management.
• Support managers with performance management, leave of absence, and termination decisions.
• Provide input on HR policies and cross-functional projects.
