Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a Talent Advisor to partner with Operations leaders, forecasting and implementing proactive talent solutions aligned with business goals. This onsite role supports employee relations, data integrity in HR systems, and change initiatives across Wisconsin locations.

The role emphasizes analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Travel within Wisconsin may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ year of progressive business experience in HR or Talent/People roles.
• HR Generalist experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand objectives and deliver Talent solutions.
• Support organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
• Influence leaders through organizational change and talent decisions.
• Leverage workforce analytics to identify trends and opportunities; provide leadership with recommendations.
• Collaborate with COEs to build talent plans and bench strength.
• Support Talent programs and cross-location initiatives.
