UKG is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners. You will provide practical, risk-informed guidance on employee relations across performance, conduct, and employment decisions.

You will independently assess situations, identify risks, and recommend solutions while balancing business needs and employee experience. The role requires strong judgment, communication, and the ability to influence leaders.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive experience in employee relations
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR policies
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in large, complex organizations
• Independent judgment in sensitive situations
• Strong consultation and influencing skills
• Organizational and case management abilities
• Collaboration with HRBPs, Legal and stakeholders
• Experience with ER data and reporting

Responsibilities

• Independently manage ER matters from intake to resolution
• Advise managers on performance, conduct, and actions
• Coach leaders on performance and difficult conversations
• Partner with Legal, Investigations, HRBPs for sensitive matters
• Support ER activities during restructures and changes
• Identify ER trends and improve processes
• Develop ER tools and templates using data
