Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Partner within the People & Employment Practices (PEP) team to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners, providing practical, consistent, and risk-informed guidance on a broad range of employee relations matters.

You will independently manage ER matters from intake through resolution, coach leaders on performance management and corrective actions, and collaborate with Legal, HRBPs, and Investigations to ensure fair, compliant

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience independently managing ER matters including performance management, workplace conduct, corrective actions, and separations.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR policies.
• Experience supporting ER in a large, complex, or dispersed organization.
• Strong judgment, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive timely resolutions.
• Experience partnering with HRBPs, Legal, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience using case management and reporting tools to identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage employee relations matters from intake through resolution.
• Advise managers and HRBPs on performance management, coaching, actions, and terminations.
• Coach leaders on difficult conversations and adjust actions when needed.
• Partner with Legal, Investigations, HRBPs, and stakeholders to address sensitive matters.
• Support ER activities during organizational changes and restructures.
• Identify ER trends and opportunities to improve processes and reduce risk.
• Develop and refine ER tools, templates, and processes using data.
