Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Partner to advise business leaders and HR partners on a wide range of ER matters, including performance, conduct, investigations, and separations. You will balance risk, employee experience, and business needs while upholding policy and compliance.

You will independently manage cases from intake to resolution, coach leaders, partner with Legal and HRBPs, and help shape ER processes and tools using data and analytics to improve outcomes across a large,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in employee relations, including independent ER management.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws, HR policies and ER practices.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in a large, distributed organization with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage ER matters from intake through resolution, including performance issues, conduct, actions, and separations.
• Advise managers and HRBPs on performance management, coaching, and corrective actions.
• Coach leaders on conversations and escalate as needed with Legal and HRBP partners.
• Support organizational changes and changes in employment practices with risk-informed guidance.
• Identify trends and help optimize ER processes using data and tools.
