Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in employee relations, including hands-on ER case handling.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws, HR policies, and employee relations practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting ER in large, complex, or geographically dispersed organizations.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment, assess sensitive situations, and provide practical recommendations.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage employee relations matters from intake through resolution.
• Advise managers and HRBPs on performance management, coaching, and corrective actions.
• Coach leaders on difficult conversations and appropriate actions.
• Partner with Legal, Investigations, and stakeholders to address sensitive matters.
• Support ER activities during organizational changes and restructures.
• Identify ER trends and opportunities to improve processes and reduce risk.
• Contribute to ER tools, templates, and data-driven improvements.
