Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Principal Employee Relations Business Partner to lead enterprise ER strategy and high-stakes investigations. You will partner with senior leaders to shape culture, risk posture, and organizational health while evolving scalable ER frameworks.

The role requires guiding executive-level matters and broad cross-functional initiatives. Hybrid work is expected with three days in the Mountain View office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to senior leaders on complex ER matters.
• Lead high-risk, precedent-setting employee relations situations including executive escalations.
• Design enterprise ER frameworks, operating models, and playbooks.
• Identify organizational risks and workforce challenges using data and context.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across ER, HRBPs, and legal teams.
• Guide organizational strategy on performance, culture, and health.
• Mentor ER team members and scale expertise across the function.
• Partner across levels from executives to business leaders to influence decisions.
