Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Employee Relations to lead the ER team, manage investigations, and ensure policy compliance across the organization.

The role requires strong legal knowledge and data-driven insight to prevent disputes and promote a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities include guiding HR partners and leadership, delivering training, and shaping ER strategies aligned with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience conducting and managing investigations of complex/sensitive workplace complaints and audits.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, and EEO regulations.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and summarize essential issues for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Employee Relations team to ensure consistent policy application.
• Manage high-risk ER cases, investigations, and performance management strategies.
• Collaborate with HR leaders to drive ER initiatives aligned with business goals.
