Vertex is seeking an Employee Relations Senior Manager to advise leaders and partners across HR, Legal, and Compliance in fostering a fair and compliant workplace. You will lead investigations, interpret policies, and scale ER processes with objective, data-driven insights.

You will influence culture, mitigate risk, and deliver analytics dashboards to inform executives, with a hybrid work option and strong total rewards in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 8–12+ years HR or Employee Relations experience with 3–5 years focus.
• Independent experience conducting complex workplace investigations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage complex employee relations matters and investigations.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and business leaders to resolve sensitive matters.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and insights on workplace risk and employee experience trends.
