Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive employee relations experience, including independent ER management.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR policies.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting ER in large, complex, geographically dispersed organizations.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and navigate sensitive situations.
• Strong consultation and influencing skills for guiding leaders.
• Experience partnering with HRBPs, Legal, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience using case management systems and HR data to identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage ER matters from intake through resolution.
• Advise managers and HRBPs on performance management, coaching, and actions.
• Coach leaders on performance management and difficult conversations.
• Partner with Legal, Investigations, HRBPs, and other stakeholders on sensitive matters.
• Support ER activities related to restructures and workforce changes.
• Identify ER trends and opportunities to improve processes.
• Develop ER tools, templates, and data-driven processes.
