Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an ER Partner to lead formal performance processes, investigations, and disciplinary matters across jurisdictions. You will work with Legal and outside counsel to protect fairness and trust as the company scales.

You will triage cases with People Partners, build playbooks and training, and create self-serve ER flows to reduce risk. A remote-first, globally distributed team environment supports continuous growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience leading employee relations cases, including performance management, investigations, grievances and disciplinaries.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment with discretion, clarity and fairness.
• Solid knowledge of employment law principles and counsel collaboration.
• Adept at writing clear, defensible documentation and coaching leaders through tough conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead formal performance processes end-to-end with Leads and People Partners.
• Run fair investigations from fact-finding to outcome, handling misconduct and grievances.
• Manage disciplinary, dismissal, and exit matters with Legal input.
• Triage cases with Partners using clear escalation criteria.
• Maintain a case log and report risks by team, region and type.
• Create playbooks, templates, and training to reduce case volume.
• Build self-serve ER flows so common cases scale.
• Collaborate with People Ops & Compliance on terminations and local requirements.
