Job summary

Altice USA is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to act as a trusted advisor, handling policy guidance, investigations, and crisis/labor relations. You'll work with management and employees to ensure compliant and fair workplace practices.

The role requires 5–7 years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong interpersonal skills, and 3–5 years of people management. You will partner with HR, Legal, and Leave teams to resolve complex issues and support a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience.
• Experience handling investigations and policy guidance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ER team, HR, Legal to resolve broad range of employee issues.
• Provide coaching on policies to managers to foster fair environment.
• Conduct complex workplace investigations and report findings.
• Guide leave, accommodation, and disability processes with Leave and Accommodation teams.
• Support KPI improvements and risk assessment for ER function.
• Collaborate with Employment Law on investigations with potential exposure.
• Align with HR to deliver consistent employee experience.
• Support labor relations under a collective bargaining agreement.
